Clean room, excellent staff, we enjoyed the beach access and the on-site water park geared towards kids, which made our stay with grandchildren very enjoyable and convenient as it was just 5 km from the nearest airport.

This resort suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, indoor and outdoor pools, and a fantastic aqua park. I'll never forget how the staff helped with my bags during my first stay. The service is exceptional!

The oceanfront queen efficiency had a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The balcony was nice for views, but some parts were outdated. The indoor pool was closed for two nights, and the hot tub was too cold. Housekeeping was subpar with unclean beds and mildew. Food service was super slow but had a good menu.

The waterpark exceeded my expectations with its fun attractions, perfect for my kids. The staff offered great service, always making us feel welcome and attended to during our stay.

The room layout could use improvement, particularly with the need for a second bathroom.

enjoy walking to parks and attractions with ease

During my stay, I loved how close we were to gorgeous Myrtle Beach State Park, making it easy to enjoy nature walks. Being just a few minutes away from the vibrant Springmaid Pier added so much excitement to our trip. The room offered a nice oceanfront view, perfect for watching the sunrise, but some basic amenities could use improvement.

The arcade kept them entertained for hours, which was a big win. Accessibility to the beach was incredible. just a minute's walk and we were enjoying the sun. The kitchenette in our room allowed us to prepare some meals, which helped save costs. Staff at the water park were friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone had fun. On the downside, our room felt a bit worn down. There was still some sand on the floor, even before hitting the beach. The dining options could use improvement. breakfast tasted microwaved and didn’t justify the price. Plus, the parking fees felt excessive on top of our already high bill. Overall, a solid trip, but they could use some updates on food and facility maintenance.
